1 Responsible provider

The service is provided by Reidel Design, provided by Exequiel Rafael Reidel, ID 42.612.680, domiciled in Argentina. The official contact channels are the WhatsApp number +54 9 3405 40-0889 and Instagram @reideldesign.

2 Scope of the service

«AI with Judgment» is an online training program in applied artificial intelligence, automation and career placement, made up of 25 classes, 22 hands-on exercises and personal feedback on your work. The service is delivered according to the product purchased (full course, packs or single classes) and includes the support that matches that product.

The format is 100% online and self-paced: you move at your own pace, with no fixed schedule.

3 Pricing and payment methods

Current prices are shown on the site and at the time of purchase. Payment can be made by:

• Bank transfer to the official alias exequielreidel (account holder: Exequiel Rafael Reidel), sending the receipt over WhatsApp.
• Credit or debit card through MercadoPago, with installments available depending on the issuer.

4 Service delivery and guarantee

If the service is not delivered for reasons attributable to Reidel Design, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. Access includes the support and personal feedback matching the product purchased.

5 Right of withdrawal

Under Consumer Protection Act 24,240 (sec. 34), for purchases made remotely or off premises, the customer may cancel the contract within 10 calendar days from the purchase or from receiving access, without giving a reason and with no penalty, by requesting a refund of the amount paid through the official contact channels.

6 Account use and intellectual property

• The access account is personal and non-transferable. It must not be shared or transferred to anyone else.
• All course content (classes, exercises, materials) is the property of Reidel Design and is licensed for the student's personal use. Reproducing, distributing, reselling or publishing it in whole or in part without authorization is prohibited.
• Breaching these conditions may result in access being suspended with no right to a refund.

7 Certificate

The official certificate is an optional add-on. It is available only to those who purchase the Full Course and pass the final exam subject to the pass requirements in force.

8 Authorized resellers

Reidel Design may sell the course through authorized resellers. In every case the provider responsible for the service is Reidel Design, and payment must always be made to the official channels listed in section 3. The reseller is not authorized to change prices, offer terms other than the official ones, or take payments into their own accounts.

9 Privacy policy and personal data

The personal data collected (name, contact details, and whatever is needed to run the course) is used solely to create the student's account, deliver the service, provide support and send information related to the course.

• Data is processed in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act 25,326.
• Data is not shared or sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
• No customer banking details are requested or stored: for a transfer, the customer only sends the receipt.
• The data subject may request access, rectification or deletion by writing to the official contact channels.

10 Rewards program

The course includes a system of badges and progress rewards (for example, discounts on future enrolments when you hit certain milestones, or a partial refund for finishing within a set period). These benefits are governed by the conditions shown inside the platform at the time of claiming and are verified against the course database.

11 Updates

Course content is updated periodically; those updates are included within the product purchased. Reidel Design may amend these Terms and Conditions; the version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.

12 Support, complaints, governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the ordinary courts with jurisdiction over the provider's domicile.
